Provider Obligations

• Handover vehicle at the agreed location and time

• Document handover with photos/videos for transparency

• Return any collateral or ID after rental period ends

Customer Obligations (Renter)

• Care for the vehicle and refuel with appropriate fuel

• Pay full rental fee before vehicle handover

• Provide valid ID: Passport (foreigners) or KTP (Indonesians)

• Cover repair costs for any damages during rental

• Vehicle cannot be sub-rented or transferred

• Major damage (>50%) or theft requires full replacement

• Off-road outside agreed areas prohibited

• Follow all traffic laws during rental period
