How do I book a tour or travel package?
  1. Visit the Tours, Activities, or Car Rental page.
  2. Choose your desired service or package.
  3. Enter the date and number of participants, then click Book Now.
  4. Fill out the booking form with complete information.
  5. Proceed to checkout.
  6. Select your payment method (currently Cash on the Spot).
  7. Receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
  • Modifications or cancellations must be made at least 3 days before departure.
  • Contact Customer Service via WhatsApp or email.
  • Some packages have specific policies listed on the package page.
Can I book for a large group?
  • Yes, we accommodate group bookings.

Refunds are processed according to the package cancellation policy, usually within 3–5 business days.
