Rental Terms & Conditions

• Renter must provide valid ID (KTP or Passport).

• 100% upfront payment required; cancellation fee 50%.

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

Provider Obligations

Customer Obligations (Renter)

• Care for the vehicle and refuel only with appropriate fuel

• Pay full rental fee before vehicle handover

• Provide valid ID: Passport (foreigners) or KTP (Indonesians)

• Cover all repair costs for damages incurred during rental

• Vehicle cannot be sub-rented or transferred to third parties

• Major damage (>50%) or theft requires full replacement

• Off-road outside agreed areas is prohibited
