Rental Terms & Conditions

• Rental duration: 24 hours (extra charge applies for overtime).

• 100% upfront payment required; cancellation fee 50%.

• Vehicle use limited to Bali Island unless otherwise agreed.

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

• All traffic violations are the renter’s responsibility.

Provider Obligations

• Deliver vehicle in excellent, ready-to-use condition

Customer Obligations (Renter)

• Care for the vehicle and refuel only with Pertamax Turbo

• Pay full rental fee before handover

• Provide valid ID: Passport (foreigners) or KTP (Indonesians)

• Cover all repair costs for damages incurred during rental

• Vehicle cannot be sub-rented or transferred to third parties

• Major damage (>50%) or theft requires full replacement

• Off-road or beach driving is strictly prohibited

• The Fun Trev reserves the right to retrieve the car if terms are violated
