Provider Obligations

Customer Obligations (Renter)

• Care for the vehicle and refuel only with Pertamax Turbo

• Pay full rental fee before handover

• Provide valid ID: Passport (foreigners) or KTP (Indonesians)

• Cover all repair costs for damages incurred during rental

• Vehicle cannot be sub-rented or transferred to third parties

• Major damage (>50%) or theft requires full replacement

• Off-road or beach driving is strictly prohibited

• The Fun Trev reserves the right to retrieve the car if terms are violated
