1. After your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive confirmation and booking receipt via WhatsApp/email

2. One hour before the scheduled pick-up, our driver will contact you to reconfirm the meeting point

3. Since this is a sharing service, the driver may pick up guests from multiple hotels/villas

4. Be ready 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid delays

5. If you are late, you’ll need to arrange your own taxi to Sanur Harbor at your own expense

6. The driver will take you to Sanur Harbor office to make payment and collect fast boat tickets

7. Office staff will provide a short briefing about your Nusa Penida trip

8. Staff will escort you to the fast boat check-in counter

9. Depart to Nusa Penida Island by fast boat (~45 minutes sea journey)

10. Upon arrival, meet our local English-speaking driver with a sharing car (joined with other guests)

11. The driver will take you and the group to tourist attractions according to the itinerary

12. After the tour, the driver will drop you off at Nusa Penida harbor

13. Take the fast boat back to Sanur Harbor
