Pickup Service

• Sharing Car Package:

  • 06.15–06.45 AM – Canggu, Jimbaran, and Uluwatu area

  • 06.30–07.00 AM – Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, and Benoa area

  • 07.30–08.00 AM – Sanur area

Course of Activities

Package C – Sharing Car in Nusa Penida + Sharing Hotel Transfer in Bali

1. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation and booking receipt via WhatsApp/email.

2. One hour before the scheduled pick-up, our driver will contact you to reconfirm the meeting point.

3. Since this is a sharing service, the driver will pick up guests from multiple hotels/villas.

   • Please be ready 20 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time to avoid delays.

   • If you are late, you will need to arrange your own taxi to Sanur Harbor at your own expense.

4. The driver will take you to the Sanur Harbor office to make payment and collect your fast boat tickets.

5. The office team will provide a short briefing about your Nusa Penida trip.

6. The office staff will then escort you to the fast boat check-in counter.

7. Depart to Nusa Penida Island by fast boat (±45 minutes sea journey).

8. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our local English-speaking driver with a sharing car (joined with other guests).

9. The driver will take you and the group to tourist attractions according to the itinerary.

10. After the tour, the driver will drop you off at Nusa Penida harbor.

11. Take the fast boat back to Sanur Harbor.

12. Once you arrive in Sanur, return to the office meeting point and then our driver will take you back to your hotel/villa in Bali with sharing car transfer.

• Roads in Nusa Penida are narrow, steep, and bumpy. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

• During the dry season, the weather can be very hot. We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.

• Our local driver will also assist in taking photographs and explaining about Nusa Penida.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.

• 50% cancellation fee applies within 10 hours of pick-up.

• 100% cancellation fee applies within 2 hours of pick-up.
