Pickup Service

• Private Car Package: Flexible pickup between 06.30–08.00 AM (to be coordinated directly with the driver).

Course of Activities

Package A – Private Car in Nusa Penida + Private Hotel Transfer in Bali

1. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/email.

2. We will provide your driver’s contact number 10 hours before pick-up time.

3. On the tour day, your private driver will contact you to reconfirm the agreed pick-up location.

4. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

5. Our driver will take you directly to Sanur Harbor in a private car.

6. At the harbor, meet our staff in front of the fast boat check-in area.

7. Make payment (cash/credit card) directly to our staff and receive your fast boat ticket immediately without queuing.

8. Our staff will give a short briefing (±3 minutes) about your Nusa Penida trip.

9. Our staff will escort you to the fast boat check-in counter.

10. Depart to Nusa Penida Island by fast boat (±45 minutes sea journey).

11. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our local English-speaking driver with a private car (not shared with other guests).

12. The driver will take you to all tourist attractions according to your chosen itinerary.

13. After the tour, the driver will drop you off at Nusa Penida harbor.

14. Take the fast boat back to Sanur Harbor.

15. Upon arrival at Sanur, your private driver will be waiting at the fast boat exit and drive you back to your hotel/villa in Bali.

Important Notes

• Roads in Nusa Penida are narrow, steep, and bumpy. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

• During the dry season, the weather can be very hot. We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.

• Our local driver will also assist in taking photographs and explaining about Nusa Penida.

• Payment is available via bank transfer, cash, or credit card at our Sanur office or directly to our field staff.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.

• 50% cancellation fee applies within 10 hours of pick-up.

• 100% cancellation fee applies within 2 hours of pick-up.
