• Full payment before vehicle handover

• 24-hour rental (extra charge applies for overtime)

• Vehicle for Bali Island use only unless agreed otherwise

• 50% cancellation fee applies if canceled less than 24h

• Traffic violations and fines are renter’s responsibility

• Renter prohibited from sub-renting the vehicle

• Damage, theft, or major accidents require replacement responsibility

• Driving under influence of alcohol/drugs strictly prohibited

Provider Obligations

• Deliver car in excellent and safe condition

• Ensure full maintenance and readiness before handover

• Provide agreed handover location (airport, hotel, or villa)

• Return any deposit/ID after rental ends

Customer Obligations (Renter)

• Use vehicle responsibly and refuel with correct fuel

• Provide valid identification and full payment on time

• Take care of vehicle condition during rental

• Cover costs for damage or accidents under renter’s responsibility

• Not allowed for racing, off-road, or reckless driving

• Must follow all Indonesian traffic laws
