Rental Terms & Conditions

• Renter must provide a valid ID (KTP/Passport).

• Rental duration: 12 hours (extra charge applies for overtime).

• Payment: 100% upfront, cancellation fee 50%.

• Car use is limited to Bali Island unless otherwise agreed.

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Any traffic violations are the renter’s responsibility.

Obligations of Provider

Obligations of Renter (Customer)

• Treat the car with care and only refuel with Pertamax Turbo.

• Pay the full rental fee before vehicle handover.

• Provide valid identification: Passport (for foreign guests) or KTP (for Indonesian citizens).

• Any damages caused during rental must be fully covered by renter.

• Car cannot be sub-rented or transferred to a third party.

• In case of severe damage (>50%) or theft, renter must replace the vehicle in full.

• Driving off-road or on beaches is prohibited.

• The Fun Trev reserves the right to retrieve the car if terms are violated.
